it's hosed up that he managed to do worse at giving a televised speech than loving trump did so he's got zero principles, minimal charisma, can't spend five minutes in front of a camera without visibly loving up somehow, and he's a private-schooled and Harvard-educated scion of an incredibly wealthy political dynasty who has had his whole life paid for and has never known hardship the DNC are gonna pick him in 2020, aren't they

what gets me is how little attention any of the other SOTU responses got the media is all openly fawning over Joe Kennedy, while Sanders gets mentioned in a footnote the really high-brow outlets might mention that Guzman did a response and that it was more anti-Trump as far as I can tell, the only media sites that actually watched Waters' response are Cosmopolitan, Bustle, and RedState.
