My understanding about FISA warrants is basically "if you get a FISA warrant against you, you deserve it" considering the absolutely obscene amount of evidence you need to have before getting one. But yeah sure, the FBI cooked up a packet over lunch solely on the basis of an oppo researcher, whatever.
