I like how that Canadian Tire commercial was clearly filmed with the assumption that NHLers would go to the Olympics, but then they didn't so it's just McDavid and Toews looking slightly awkward and out of place as usual.

There's more space for attackers to set up and rush, but that means that it's easier for defenders to the outside which in turn causes them to slow the game down. There's a lot less dumping it in on larger ice though. It's much more of a possession based game than on NHL ice.
