racist intrusive thoughts are def a thing brains do sometimes. probably because we've seen the pattern of others being racist before? I'm not brain scientist. the important part is to recognize them and go no brain, don't be a jerk. thoughts are not actions or beliefs, they just kind of do their own unwise thing sometimes.
