While we rightfully shower Gob with praise, I really gotta give props to Josef and Graily for solidifying this team of awesome.

maybe it's just the first sign of Pasqualo 2.0's crippling depression

I took it as symbolism that trouble was brewing and Pasqualo immediately prepared herself for it. You can then see the clouds break and sunshine return in the final panel after the issue was resolved.

Now is it a sign of something more literal and Pasqualo is exhibiting some kind of supernatural power? I dunno, it�s too early in this story to tell if we�re gonna find ourselves down a path similar to It Hurts. I feel like it could go either way at this point.

There�s something... off? Surreal? About most of the characters in PFM!!! It really reminds me of the way people behaved during the hell arc of It Hurts!!

I can�t decide if that�s the tone in writing that Gob and Josef decided to continue with, or if it�s just some side effect of it being the universe IH!! Pasqualo created or if something more nefarious is going on. Patience�s remark about God could be a throwaway joke... but I don�t think it will be.

Pasqualo and her friends we originally saw in IH!! seem more or less the same, but there is something very unsettling going on in the world around them.

Both the guy who nearly hit the turtle and the guy buying the dog. Again I might just be reading too much into it, and this is simply a natural progression of Gob�s art/writing style. But their dialogue interactions feel a little too... idk zany? To me it almost seems like a facade for something else.

It also goes back to the earlier strip with Pasqualo noticing the darkened clouds right before Allison gets upset by the cheerleaders hitting on Tubsy. It could be symbolism but the fact Pasqualo consciously notices the clouds tells me something more is afoot.

I fully recognize at the moment I�m sitting in :tinfoil:

land, so if you think I�m full of poo poo, I won�t dispute that you could be right! Even if most of what I mentioned ends up being totally innocuous I�m enjoying the hell out of this bizarre little world ~~Pasqualo~~ Gob and Josef have made.
