I was going to link this, but now I don't have to. It's a great TAS though!

It's not using any major game breaking glitches so a lot of it is standard "hit the perfect corner pixel every time" replay stuff, but there's lots to appreciate in the ridiculous routing through some stages, the sheer speed they accumulate through bunnyhopping, etc. It's also, y'know, not very long, because TAS.
