I was pretty indifferent to the first half of the season but loved the back half. NoHo Hank and Gene are obviously the best characters.

Also why does everybody openly text about killing people? Yes I know it sets up some of the best jokes but like...come on.

Finally binge-watched this show, two episodes at a time, on the elliptical machine at the gym. Fantastic. I've been a Hader fan since his first night on SNL, love Stefon like crazy, and even own the Spider-Man comic he and Seth Meyers co-wrote. This was excellent, and as much as I'm also a huge fan of Donald Glover and Atlanta, Hader totally deserves an Emmy for best lead actor in a comedy.

His performance also reminded me of Michael C. Hall in Dexter, in a good way. (I only ever saw the first two seasons of Dexter.)
