This must be the least prepared for a con I've ever been. The schedules are out and I haven't even looked.

It was always a joy to watch John Rogers deal with the equivalent of a real life facebook comments section at the Talk Balk panel at the end of Con every year. He passed away from brain cancer today and will be missed.

Looking at the exhibit hall map. I like that DC has moved in with WB. Hopefully less of a log jam in the middle.

Waited 4 hours for the Brooklyn Nine Nine activation. Worth it. So much fun. Everything else has been rear end this year.

RevKrule posted:I'm very excited about the amount of money I'm saving from sdcc this year. No passing by booths and seeing any "that looks cool" stuff. No hotel to pay for. No overpriced lunch and or dinner because gently caress gaslamp prices. I also get to sleep in later andI don't have to destroy my body trying to get up to get in line for the exhibit hall. I miss that Brazilian AYCE. The local ones just aren't the same.

drat Brazilian place wasn’t open until 4. Love how small this con is. Can walk the floor with ease. Lack of programming is a little sad though.
