I don't understand the obsession with reposting or making poo poo up for upvotes. Nobody on earth looks at or gives a poo poo about your karma, and nobody recognizes who you are. Literally the only time I ever click on anyone's profile is if they're saying something astonishingly stupid and I want to see if they post on T_D (they usually do).

Relatedly, I've noticed a shockingly high percentage of folks who's profiles I check also post pornhub-esque comments on porn subs. Just the most embarrassing poo poo in the entire universe. Does the world really need to know that u want to cum on those titys? Much like every other woman, the lady on the computer screen is not going to gently caress you. Why do people do this

That is loving stupid. nah, this is the only good thing about the redesign. whenever a line of conversation devolves into complete bullshit that you don't want to read anymore (this is extremely common), you can click that ever-present line to minimize it instead of having to scroll up to find the little minus button, or scroll down to figure out where the nested comment hell finally ends.
