That you need to constantly vigilant of how your own thought patterns are changing due to outside influences, and not feel weird practicing mindfulness exercises in spare moments

It uses very evocative language, describing this persuasive force as an organised attempt by a single unseen entity to distract and unfocus the mind and that mindfulness exercises are a sort of immunisation protocol in retaining a sense of self.

And this paradigm for processing Media's ability to alter the self isn't perfect or wholistic, and it's pretentious as gently caress. But it's a fair place to start when a background cis-nazi-chud hum exists on basically all social media.
