Yes some of those people died (the numbers are exaggerated) but it wasn't because of the the man in charge, it was because of forces beyond his control that made it impossible to keep them from starving as they worked for him and really, the ones executed were being given a mercy. It was just a coincidence that they were from a hated group Wait nevermind I thought you said a different Hol-thing
