OP thanks for explaining that. Are there any resources available to you through the recycling program to secure drop off areas? Like, maybe they have some kind of timed gate they subsidize or something like that.

I don’t understand why everyone is so defensive of the guy taking all the good poo poo from a shop providing a free service to the community in exchange for the chance to fix up the good poo poo. Also he is smashing stuff and that seems bad. Dig a big pit and cover it with a tarp. Place a tv on the far side so when he goes to get it he walks on the tarp and falls in the pit. Or you could set up a net trap like in return of the jedi but instead of an animal corpse use electronics as the bait.
