In The Last Jedi, when they're racing threw the city on the giant foxes, all I could think of was "Now this is Pod racing!" Really it's probably closer to Pod racing to what's happening when the line was originally used any ways.

One if my favorite details in Pop Team Epic is that the fake harem/idol anime that opens the series and gets a preview after the credits clearly completely falls apart in the last episode Also I had completely forgotten that joke in Akiba''s Trip and it's probably the best joke in that game

Oh man, I was going to do the second optional realm in GoW before beating it but gently caress THAT. This area had post game written all over it in a way few areas in games do. Also I got spoiked on what seems to be a pretty late have spoiler which is annoying but hopefully won't take away too much.

When talking about varying body types in over watch you're also forgetting about Zarya who's swole as hell and Orisa, who is centaur robot. Also Pharah and Brigitte are both always fully armored so I don't think there's really much of an issue with them either. I mean, I'm not going to say the game doesn't have it's fanservice and loves it's skin tight bodysuits (hell my av is of a character that pretty much wears an anime plug suit AND has a goth cat girl outfit) but going by the depressingly low standards of the industry, it really seems fine.

I haven't played either Destiny game but from what I understand it's a case where Bungie didn't learn anything from all the complaints people had in the first game and when 2 came they broke new things by trying to fix problems that weren't there and continued with the poo poo that made everyone hate the first game at launch. Unrelated  Done and done (even though there's a handful of things I could still look for that aren't tied to trophies but meh I got other games to play)

They streamlined a lot of Destiny 1 as they expanded it, mostly for the better. But in Destiny 2 they took it too far in a lot of areas and got rid of a good bit of the game's depth. It felt like you were done with the game after 2 weeks or so, which would be fine for a single player game but is pretty dire for an MMO. They broke a few features from Destiny 1 in the interest of lootboxifying them, which precluded any good will from a lot of the fanbase. They also reduced the standard PvP size from 6v6 to 4v4 which made it feel a lot less accessible to bads like me. My understanding was that people didn't like the grind in the original and while part of that was because it was too steep of a grind, it was mostly because the game launched with almost no content or features and tons of poo poo stripped out that was later put into dlc. Destiny 2 fixed the wrong problem by making the grind trivial (which is weird in a grinding based game) while still launching with anemic amount of content and tons of stuff cut to later be added in dlc.

gently caress! I accidentally reported the Swery Kickstarter thing for fraud because I got a notification from my bank about the suspicious charge. All the charge said was tokyo money transfer and I had no idea what that was so I reported it. Now I might have trouble with Kickstarter and might not have a card for a few days which is really annoying for other reasons. I'm trying to get in touch with my bank but it's late and I'm stuck in hold where I think the loop they are playing over and over is literally ten seconds long and ends with the same message repeated over and over and it's driving me mad.
