I don't think Icewave's graze on Yeti after the bout was intentional per say.
As I was watching the fight with my friend I said "Wait, they both aren't moving yet Yeti is getting counted out? Icewave has to show some movement."

It wasn't until after the 10 count Icewave moved and subsequently took a chunk of Yeti's wheels but I think it was to show that Icewave wasn't also incapacitated.

Or maybe I'm just a gigantic rear end in a top hat like Icewave.
