Also someone has been posting a ton of new detailed how-to-get-started guides in the Steam Guides section which are pretty useful. Just sort by Most Recent and you'll see them all. The latest has a trick which completely breaks the game! It's a random map seed that sets the faction Faen is at war with to Independent, so you can do all the Faen quests without pissing anyone off.
