I feel like if the leagues sanctioned of treating streakers like players then you would see a huge dropoff in people running off the field.

It was negotiated. Jameis gets three games, agrees to not appeal or go to court. Edit: also a good idea by Winston, his salary is only 700k this year where as next year it balloons.
