Anybody else think it’s weird that the gem mines that produce most of the world’s precious gems were on a floating prison island? I mean, there’s only so far you can dig on a floating island before you fall out the bottom of it. You would think this would put a hard cap on how many gems you could mine out of there.

I reckon our Magus has been working awfully hard, what with all that magical death he's been indiscriminately unleashing in his quest to own everything he can't kill/kill everything he can't own. He could really use a vacation--maybe some charming hidden nook where the turquoise waters play. This is why I vote to send him to the Burial Grounds, to research new and exciting ways to defile and torment the dead.

My d4 again gave me a 1. I told it to have some more variety like a quiz show host nudging a contestant away from a wrong answer, and it obliged with a 4 instead. So let's go back to the Mines.

I can't get over the "I have a rod up my rear end" walk animation waddle. Especially when sped up. The game's scenery is boring brown and gray and everything is samey but that's what really sticks out to me.

I had a moment of hope during the azure cove that they did something interesting. They had Magus suck up blue magic from the seashells so I though that they would have the colour sources be thematic outside of the big magic rocks, but it seems like I was wrong since every other source seems to just be recoloured for every magic type. Though I will "admire" the game's honesty of just calling them Blue ,Green , Red instead of trying to give actual names to the magic types.
