We just completed the alien blacksite mission and are able to start going after Chosen where they live thanks to Major Jack. We won't until I get you guys some better armor because that might be a bit rough. It went well except for Two Finger and Terrible Robot getting scorched. They ambushed an ADVENT response team at the drop and ginsu'd them hos with bladestorm. They also blew up an ADVENT Purifier. Luckily McNally treated them in the field and they made it safely to the extraction. A new entry for the top killers has been added to the sheet. 1994 first play though of X-com I carefully savescummed an entire squad up to the point where I found out psionics were a thing (keep in mind this was in the very early days of the internet) and I found out none of them had psi powers. Next run through I beat the game on a pile of bodies. Then I found the mod on ftp.cdrom.com that let me optimize base layout and turn off psi powers.

We have our first casualty! I misjudged a resistance mission and figured it was gonna involve a ton of Lost so I dropped in 2 shotgunners and 3 snipers to handle it. Oh guys...we have a BIG PROBLEM. The Assassin is close to getting full knowledge and that apparently means its gonna find us, shoot down the avenger, and make me do some defense missions that has it shelling the avenger. We also have to fight the chosen on this mission as well. If we fail, game over. I'll start up a new playthrough because after I've worked out the kinks, legendary turned out to be actually fun and challenging....when it wasn't some ole bullshit.
