So with the upcoming "join a random queue" button i've been telling people in NoPPS we will be distributing questionnaires to determine which queues people like the least, if anyone wants to actually make such a questionnaire.

He should have to apologize for the hateful things he said about you imo.

The gold standard for forgiveness is "confess and apologize" there's no other way it could be.

If someone won't confess and apologize then they haven't learned that what they did was wrong.

Just your daily reminder about the new "random" queue system: if you click on random queue it won't actually put you in a random queue it will use you to fill out any queues still waiting for players. So if someone starts an old lovely/trollable/failable queue it will just conscript the next four pubbies who try to use the system to launch that queue.

Ya its gonna make sto pretty good again for a while imo

Not only did they remove the prices from the exchange but the sorting options don't work. Don't buy anything from the exchange, its listed randomly, so the item on top isn't the cheapest one.

Honestly, to the best of my knowledge, there's only been two real big meta changes from a few years ago.
  • A2B is basically dead. It still works, but a lot more has been loaded onto Aux power level and there's a lot more ways to reduce cooldowns, so it's not used much now.
  • Beams, and especially BFAW, have been nerfed into the ground. The crippling of weapon proc rates, the nerfing of embassy consoles, the fact cannon traits tend to be noticeably better than the beam equivalents, the 20s global cooldown on FAW when other weapon skills are 15, and so on have all added up to make escort-style loadouts a lot more prominent even on larger ships. Beams still work but it's a noticeably slower experience.
There's been a lot of other changes, but if you had a good older build you can probably make a new one fine keeping these in mind.

The trait from one of the winter ships combines with one of the rep traits to make aux2bat really good, but you need to have unlocked the particular winter ship in the past for it to work.

You get boxes of junk containing dilithium, credits, other crap as it is already, but the main point is you get experience points which trade into points you can spend for buffs for all the characters on your account. I already have 3 points spent which got me +4% crit damage in space, and there's the potential for like 300 pts of buffing. So its a year long thing to get all potential buffs to max. You can access the endeavor window from the down arrow menu where the dil exchange is if its not showing. Just be aware the game picks three categories for you randomly when you spend a point so you cannot jam all the points into crit chance or damage initially.

Three year long thing.
