Yeah, I've been using Larsa since I lucked out on his BSB quite a while ago. Can't say I notice the Astra but I assume its just been helping without me noticing. Especially as I really notice when status effects mess me about. Larsa has Wrath too Bismarck is now on the list of reliably beatable magicites. I actually ran out of keystones for the first time ever. So I think I'll rebuild my stock a bit, grind some levels for my waterbuddies, and then go rattle Living Flame's jaw. And then it will just be Mist Dragon I have only beaten once and then after that I can start thinking about the four star ones.

Ugh I need more keystones gotta beat up more magicites c'mon. Can pretty consistently get Flame down in 36 seconds. Need another really good water person. Tidus wrecks face but Bartz just isn't quite specialised enough. His multicasts are good at least

Well I'm convinced, thanks everyone. On both that Edge needs some attention from me, and that the torments are worth doing. heck, I should just have a ninja week or something e: gently caress, I always forget Fujin. whether its that she does wind stuff or is a dang ninja, I just forget her every single time e2: I just have ninja blindness or something

Torments are kind of interesting I find, now that they are going away. Gonna try very hard to do them all since they all give mythril so stamina is no excuse

Yeah I can see Bahamut being a jerk. I had Cloud USB and BSB 2 and Zack's Chain and Imperil and Alphinaud BSB and lots of magicite and even then he was kind of rude

Some Buster Sword that looked neat until I saw it was for Angeal, a poison burst of some sort I think it was Thancred? ah well, both new had a rather silly tactic for that xiv fire weak torment. Involved Vivi using both his bursts in a row and then the OSB just for buff reasons. He has a lot of abilities that either make him fall over or be sad. also terra threw fire everywhere and some other stuff happened fake edit: also those gigases are rude but I stomped them anyway fake edit 2: ha, Gi Nattak got finished off by Cloud USB doing 75,000 damage a hit. drat I love wind weak enemies not sure I'm gonna finish them all, not entirely sure I can be bothered with the rest. maybe one with bravery motes

So last night with a bit of remembering things I'd read and things I have I realised I had a great potential setup. Basically Relm BSB and then get Vivi and Terra to blow themselves up into Trance. Hidon got entirely hosed and I want to try this out against Sealion I think Had five torments left in the end. One of those is XIII so it doesn't count because gently caress Barthandelus. Who's idea was that, it'd be like having the IV Torment be Rubicant

I forgot all but the easiest versions of the weapons and zeromus, oops. Elemental challenge thingy was easy until the bomb fight but Relm's BSB sorted them out in the end. Gonna use her more often, Last Stand is great. The one after that can gently caress off though. Guessing that one wants a chain or something.

Well, every character I have is now at least level 65. I have 80 caps to break now, and then I am free of the tyranny of Memory Crystal IIs. I just like that elements is Bartz' thing. Well, the four main V ones anyway. Also The Boys Are Back not only got that song stuck in my head, it also had quite a nice stack of 4* motes which was nice.
