Almost have all the characters now, and I think I might go full Rogue as my main party cause I like them the most. Of course the "good" side has the 2 healers but thats what subclassing is for.

I've got Alfyn, H'annit, Therion, and Primrose as my party. Primose's bewildering dance (does random things both good and bad) has a 5x jp boost that can happen so I've been dropping a quad boosted one at the end of fights. It's almost killed me way more often than its boosted my jp. But drat if it isn't satisfying getting 1k jp off mooks when it works. Of course its way less satisfying when my party ends up at 1hp, silenced, poisoned and at 0 sp

The towns in this are so packed with npcs and stuff to do. I brought an npc along named "Exotic Grandma" just because her name was funny and it turns out she's the solution to a sidequest a few towns over where she translates a book for some random guy so the quest completed before I even picked it up.

Also it's cool how sidequests in this are kinda cryptic. You're give the starting npc on the radar but from there its up to you to figure out what to do next using path actions.

So I can tell the story lines for each character are just gonna be the same repetitive BS for each character but I'm willing to look past that because the battles are so fun, there's treasure chests everywhere and I'm a sucker for even the most shallow exploration, and the fact that this game is beautiful.

Also the brain diseased guy at kotaku gave it a bad review because there's no final chapter where all the stories converge or whatever, but it turns out there is one and he just couldn't find it. Ftw
