The only person i know who lived in the Springs was some gamefaqs poster who identified as a libertarian but championed every policy the bush admin poo poo out including the iraq war and said, in 2006-7 even, that the history books would absolve george w bush. I think he also cited the boer war as an example of how to run the counterinsurgency though I may be misremembering that last bit.
