Game runs butter smooth on my low end pc. i had those. i tried many tweaks following half-a-dozen guides that looked like they were thorough and done by people that knew what they were doing. eventually i found the tweak i needed was one of a dozen suggested by some guy typing like a retard on a steam forums thread with about three posts.
