Does anyone know what this could be? It's just below the desk/vanity mirror in my cruise cabin. The odd bit on the top doesn't move; neither do the two "bolts" on the front. There's an on/off toggle switch there at the top right that does nothing. The two holes in front seem to be covered from the inside with something like the black material in speakers. It's next to a standard outlet. The ship dates to 2000, so it can't be anything too bizarrely antique.
