Loving this already, takes me right back toGrevlek posted:the first time I played the game ( on the PSX in the mid to late 90s ) Actually giggled the first time I watched the De-Lux Clinic do its work. This game definitely has that old Theme Hospital charm Also being able to assign additional staff to a ward is a godsend.

According to IMDB the announcer is not the same lady and I have to commend her in that case because she does an incredible job of replicating Theme Hospital's. e; Just went to launch and Steam started an update. Can't spot news about it, but bugfixes I would guess? Ms Adequate fucked around with this message at 18:39 on Aug 31, 2018 |

Man the first few levels were chill but the training wheels have come right off now. The place is covered in sick and ectoplasm, half the staff is running around holding their bums and threatening to quit because I guess we don't have enough loos, the GPs offices are massively overworked, and then an earthquake broke half my machinery and caused a fire. Game extremely, extremely good.

Klaaz posted:I love Theme Hospital and this sounds like great fun but somehow it bothers me that you can't build different floors with elevators and poo poo because immersion One of the main reasons I'm still looking forward to Project Hospital despite TPH being pretty much as great as I hoped is having multi-story hospitals. Also looks like they're going hard on realism which could be interesting.

I think Portishead must be the most incurable condition in the game. Half the poor buggers who have it remain uncured when they leave. Presumably because I can't hire an Estate Agent to help them move away

Jim Silly-Balls posted:Basically I want a modern Theme Hospital so this sounds perfect. My pal this is the game you've been waiting for (and I have as well) Also another voice to say "proper staff specialities is really important". I restarted my file for no real reason but now that I know what I'm doing in the first levels I've had more opportunity to tinker and try different things. Getting the right staff skills (and making sure they're assigned to jobs appropriately) makes a world of difference.
