Only downgrade to me from TH is the music. It fits the game alright but it's not nearly as catchy or memorable.

Are the items generally just for decoration or does it matter what you put in each room? I.e. do coffee machines slow down energy drain from staff?

I think there's 3 DJs. GPs get filled up much earlier than they seemed to in TH. Not being able to control queues by just clicking on the door is a downgrade.

Hospital value crashed from 1.5 million to 400k and I went bankrupt. -300k is the game over point, BTW. Tumble's really difficult to get 3 stars in.
