As I am writing this, the GIA has just stolen from ATLAS alliance, stealing vital components to their dominion infrastructure placement. The theft includes freighters, hubs, upgrades and other various logistic poo poo. This theft is not particularly great in so far as how much isk it has taken but the fact that it was done with a character that is less than a week old; makes it a win.
