I didn't see anything since the initial pictures got put up, I got into the alpha today. I installed and played about 5 minutes, then promptly uninstalled. This is a Rust / Conan Exiles a-like game, maybe shooting for a more MMO scale, but still just another lovely survival crafting game. What a let down.

For what it's worth Amazon has a squidrillionjillionbillion dollars so if anyone can make a Rust-alike worth playing for more than five minutes it's probably them. Of course if you don't like the things in the first place it's probably not going to change your mind so

So how would I possibly spam the button? Or is that not what you meant? If you meant that to get into the alpha you have to be set to receive email alerts, I already knew that and had done it a few days ago. Is anyone able to share their invite if they aren't going to use it?

I'm fine with it being rustlike so long as it scratches an Ultima itch. Having a few thousand people tool around in a sandbox at any given time is honestly just fine with me so long as they give us some toys for the sandbox. I don't want them to just go 'the content is other players, enjoy.' Darkfall / Mortal / every other sandbox ever did that and the only stuff people ever do with it is kill other players. For a sandbox game to be successful it needs more than that.

I was in F&F, it was like Life is Feudal, but you couldn't choose where to put your town or terraform or anything creative. However, it was kind of polished and if they've figured out balancing around town protection it might be kind of good. You can protect your town from all damage for some time by selling stuff. The balancing around that seemed totally jacked when I played- one week we couldn't protect it for even an hour no matter how much work we put in, one week we managed to protect for the entire weekend by parking next to oil which sold for insane amounts at the time. It could work itself out, but without the ability to unprotect enemies with fighting it could get really static and boring really quick.

Looks like I got in as well but the invite skipped my spam folder and went straight to trash somehow, I guess that's a promising sign. I've been dissappointed by every survival game since Don't Starve though, so looking forward to adding this one to the list.
