The brown color is deoxygenated blood. If the fish smells like anything but iron it’s turning bad fast. If I was really hungry I’d eat that fish in a fully cooked stew and that’s about it. Certainly not anything that could potentially undercooked.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Relations between Cuba and USA aren't really friendly but were improving; undermining that makes sense from a destabilizing perspective.

I'm sure you've all seen this image in relation to "border doctrine" which is an assertion by the feds that the fourth amendment doesn't apply to border crossings so if you're within 100 miles of a border CBP can search your poo poo based on their own interpretation of "probable cause."
