Using myself as an example, I have 12+ years in with just over 3000 points. If I could retire today, I would be around 8.5years active and would get me 21.25% of my high three years in my base pay at 60yo (then reduced by 3 months for every consecutive quarter in an FY you are mobilized for a contingency operation so, right now I could get paid at 59.5yo). So, to complete the example for myself, figure I will have another mob in me and will get picked up for Warrant so will end up around ~25% which would be ~$1500/month.
