I enjoyed Telltale Games when they at least pretended to add gameplay. Monkey Island was fine, Sam & Max was great, Puzzle Agent 1 & 2 were my favorites.

I don't think I played any game post Game of Thrones. Whoever I asked seemed to point out that their games were following that trend.
