Yeah I don't see it as nickel and diming at all. 5$ to get a character at a decently geared up level seems fair to me. And you aren't constantly bombarded with (lovely) offers.

It looks like it's going to be tough to get all my kobolds to 5* before the event starts since I don't have much time to play daily. Any tips?
