Jar-Jar Binks but he's a human now. I think I dropped out around episode 13 ("Dangerous Business"). That felt like plenty of time to grab me and it never did. Does it stop being wacky times on planet race?

I am going back to catch up on Resistance since I bailed in S1 and just finished where the pirates kidnap the places daughter and it has sparks of goodness but gently caress me, Kaz is a horrible character. I do like that the stakes are getting a bit higher tho so we'll see where this goes.

Is the new Jedi Fallen Order game considered canon? I am only about halfway? through it and I am loving every bit of it. The cameo from Saw Gerrera caught me off guard and I was like - OH YES.

But it does follow what they did in the past and they went into this whole thing thinking he only had 4 guards with him. Then he has a whole platoon including highly skilled Death Troopers. And after our heroes say "gently caress off" - they bring in a giant gun to up the stakes. It's a classic tale of westerns and the shootout is a classic trope too. This is the way. I have spoken.

And don't get me wrong, was every episode amazing and knocking it out the park? No, but what show does that The Witcher? However, when it hit it hit really goddamn strong. E: That's Star Wars. Luke is the son of the most evil and powerful force user. Leia is a princess of a world. Obi Wan was the best friend of Vader. Han Solo is the best smuggler. Chewie knows all the good wookies. Lando is captain of the biggest town and is rich. Tarkin is the best moff and Vaders best friend. Padme is a princess and important member of parliament. Jar Jar is known across his people for being an idiot. Poe is the greatest pilot. Finn is a force using stormtrooper. Mando has the most important bounty. Finally finished, read all 200 posts I missed and wow, what a ride. The Spice sisters were kind of a lull but it got interesting with them trying to break out then the goddamn Mando's appear. Loved it all and more so for the final 2 episodes going balls to the wall. And it's no wonder Sidious worked with Maul - he's a monster, altho unhinged - he would prob be one of the few who could go toe to toe with Vader though. Anyways, put Filoni in charge of everything - he know's what works.

Jon Favreau has really worked his rear end off. I was watching The Holiday Movies that Made Us for “Elf” and they took a gamble with him as he really hadn’t done much. Basically turned what would have been a failure into pure gold. He has a magic touch it seems.

Ok, that turned me around on them - that was a pretty good episode. I've always loved clone centric arcs and the lunch room brawl was a perfect look into things. RE: Intro I totally forgot Kanaan was called Caleb but it was the same drat voice in a child which was a bit weird, lol. Pretty cool little cameo (? maybe we'll see em again in this show).

I have to adjust my TV I think. I legit couldn't see poo poo in those tubes. It was the day time but still. The Disney app goes to HDR mode and I think it's darkening stuff.
