This seems like the play Derrick Henry and the Titans OL exists for. So of course they line up in the shotgun with Lewis. Not that I think that's the wrong choice really, it just doesn't seem to be the identity they were built to have.

I don't think I've ever seen the defense with the lead take a timeout to avoid a runoff. It makes sense, but it's interesting to see.

If you'd rather cover the length of the field and chance losing the toss vs covering 2 yards on one play, I'm pretty sure you deserve the loss.
