I got a tenor ukulele earlier this year, just to have another instrument to noodle around on. Something I've really been enjoying is this book called "Arpeggio Meditations for the Ukulele". It's a series of exercises teaching finger picking, but they're all just really chill and pleasant pieces of music, which you play over and over in a loop. I've been playing some to my newborn, and he seems pretty into it.

It's not even in bookstores, though - when I ordered it, it was from the author's own site, and came hand-mailed from California.

Anyway, would recommend.
