I’m moving back to America soon though and I’m closing on a house in Las Vegas that is 3 stories and I’m converting the room behind the garage into a small mini-apartment and I’m gonna AirBnB that and use that as my main income and just live in the upper 2 floors with my wife. Might work part time or might just sit on my rear end and play video games all day, who knows
