I just read a big long interview with him that I think got posted in one of the weekly threads a couple weeks back and, to be fair, he could just be towing (toeing?) the company line, but it sounded like he was the one that was being super bullheaded about everything and wwe actually took pretty good care of him, but maybe there’s something I haven’t read. Like my understanding, perhaps naive, was that WWE were actually pretty good guys for once and Kidd’s injury doesn’t belong in this tournament. Am I wrong? Both of those are pretty small in the grand scale of this tournament but pretty equally lovely within this matchup. Went with contracts just because there’s been so much of it and it’s been so bad and they’ve done a lot of damage to the whole industry by being really good at it

This one was rough. Steroids directly harmed a lot of people for the sake of their business But Crown Jewel was like three weeks after Khashoggi and they didn't even try to justify it Went with crown jewel but ugh This tournament is getting rough.

Owen Reasoning: independent contractor status is bad and responsible for a lot of stuff in this tournament and is super hosed And maybe you could talk about Owen dying being not unrelated And then I thought about; and WWF knowingly, after being told what they were doing was dangerous and will probably get someone killed, by a professional, decided to do it anyway, and were well on their way to killing 3 instead of 1 There’s negligence, and then there’s the Owen poo poo
