On the porn thing, ironically, performers actually have iron clad contracts in most cases as well, signed in advanced of any scene, and if any of those rules are broken during a scene, it's a huge legal issue for the producers. No one is showing up to set and being told "by the way, you're also kissing the directors rear end, and if you don't agree your career is hosed." Porn: treating it's performers better than WWE since at least the aughts.
