Whether she agreed or not there's a big power imbalance there - and it's a wider issue with show business in general. Especially in a business like wrestling where a single worker has little to no power and no other options just saying "yes" isn't the end of the story. And on top of that, the angle was disgusting and degrading and Trish (or anyone) should not have been asked to appear in them in the first place. They shouldn't have occurred.

Sadly the independent contractor stuff is capitalism working as intended Killing someone for a stupid stunt is still seen as deplorable in that scope, so had to go with that
