Anyway, well, Media Player Classic, k-lite mega codec pack includes it and everything else

Has more strict licencing if you want to use it commercially though

problem: a video player downloads updates over http, a potentially insecure protocol
solution: install a random collection of garbage software put together by and for teenage anime enthusiasts who just grabbed the individual components from random, unknown sources
