In Training posted:If we did another team tourney I would do randomized teams, which would keep things spicier. Buff and EE we're practicing together for 5 hours on the day of the invitational. I even joined he lobby for a bit for some Random Only 2v2 friendlies and they refused To not be on a team together. Randomize teams and reshuffle each round... Can enemys... Become friuends

elf help book posted:how do you run a ffa tourney? not my problem My thought would be to do pools of 4 with winner advancing to the next round, all the losers get shuffled and seeded and play again until we've hit whatever number of people is specified to advance to the next round. (It doesn't automatically need to be a round number.) I figure it might suck some of the tension out to have top two advance instead of just the match winner.

But if I'm starting a 4 hour tourney at 9pm your TO is gonna be pounding back some cold ones. It's timed format so I think you can just play around with the bracket to get it done in a target timeframe
