That polygon interview is aces, and what a great process to make a movie, at least according to one of its art directors. He also name dropped John Paul Leon for an inspiration for Spidey Noir. A guy who draws like this  I wonder if they can make that a film...

Which is canonically the same amount of time Spidey has been around in comics canon, and consider how much insanity got pushed into that. Superhero timescales are hilariously dense. Gwen has been a spider person for 2 yrs and was a full fledged veteran.
