 gonna be captain obvious and say it's gotta be James or Leonard.

until this week Leonard was averaging more tackles per game (11.25) than Patrick Willis (10.87) and Luke Kuechly (10.31) when they won DROY, which is pretty drat good, but I'd vote James since he's so versatile.
