The short version. They were trying to play 4k video on a laptop that could not play 4k video. It crashed playing the BL1 4k remaster trailer 3 times in a row. It ran the BL2 UHD free patch trailer at like 10 fps. It ran the BL3 trailer at 10 fps too and then randy was like "they told me it got fixed let's run the trailer again" and it wasn't fixed. Third try they must have replaced the laptop with something else 'cause it finally worked well. It was a hilarious shitshow

Let's not forget that Paradox took Vampire the Masquerade off sale because by the EGS store's own admission they put it on sale without telling them/the price dropped way too low for them in some regions. The same thing apparently happened with Hades which supergiant upped the price of the game because $7 was too cheap. Also you cannot buy The Division 2 or Anno 1800 on the store right now because they hosed up how they integrated into it (the game downloads and installs an EGS version and a uplay version and the EGS version just launches the uplay version anyway. So game takes up twice the amount of space as normal.

Well AoT has some obscure Holocaust stuff where the map that shows the island is just upside down Africa and Paradis is Madagascar. One of the Nazis plans were to ship all the Jews to Madagascar and isolate them there. So like there's definitely some stuff there that is really tasteless regardless of what the message AoT is going for.
