‘better watch out’ - best christmas movie. i get almost every horror film is trying to take a familiar setup and do something new with it, but this one actually pulls it off. fantastic.

it is, by far, my favorite of his. reservoir dogs is also good. i can't stand anything else he's done. v  v

perfect days dear lord, this is the best movie since banshees or aftersun. i think it might be better than either of those? either way, must see for yakusho's performance alone. just expertly done in every regard. hard to go into much detail without giving something away, but just go see it.
