So what in the wide world of weird is Japan MMA doing this year
So New Years Eve in Japan is going to be kind of interesting this year. Sadly it will not involve Bobu Sappu. It will involve a very odd...exhibition...between Floyd Mayweather vs Tenshin Nasukaewa. Basically this is the type of weird stuff holy PRIDE would try and do with Mike Tyson and odd weird combos, but nothing would ever came of it (much like AJW wanting to bring in Tonya Harding).

However on the real freak show front you have this. No grannies this time, but Gabi is well Gabi.

There are also a lot of just good matches being aired too

Due to reasons the Floyd fight will not be airing in North America on FITE TV (or Japan for that matter). Anywhere else will have the fight for $5 more, so if you got a VPN in theory that should work to order and view it, but if goofy stuff happens to you, that's on you.

When is it airing?
The FITE TV broadcast starts on December 31st at 1AM EST or December 30th at 10PM PST.

What is the full fight card?
Anyway here is the full fight card. The red part of the card will not be airing on FITE TV. It will be available on a Japanese service, that people apparently are able to get to work outside of Japan with a VPN and buying it for 3000 yen, but I have no clue how to do that. It's on GYAO! https://gyao.yahoo.co.jp/special/rizin/ This is where 3 Kickboxing matches and other prelim MMA matches will be aired. You get the red part of the card for free with your purchase. It airs on a tape delay (and has unlimited replays) and will be available Dec 31st at 12:00PM EST on FITE TV. It apparently will be a frills free broadcast with no commentary or graphics. THAT DOES NOT APPLY TO THE MAIN SHOW OF COURSE

I'm cheap and I might pass out watching this, so I don't want to spend cash, how can I get this for free?

miyuu yamamoto who loses all of her fights but is tough and a good striker
RENA who is good
ulka sasaki who is like a 6ft tall flyweight somehow. pretty good fighter though

Sure thing, I figured more people might watch it with a thread outside the B-League thread. Also it might help me stay awake for the whole thing by having an active thread to chat in. Solo MMA watching always kind of sucks.
