When I briefly lived there I had a pizzeria grandpa, Italian cuisine aunt, Brazilian market grandma, and a karaoke mama-san all in walking distance of my apartment. They loved chatting about culture, my health/fitness, my students, my girlfriend, etc. and they all made extra sure I was well fed.

One of (yes I've been to multiple) our cat cafes gives you takeaway coffees to have in the cat bit, so it's doable. My kids love cats so I've become an expert in finding and rating cat cafes.
