Then Pentagon was not pushing to invade Iraq...at least not the intel folks.

I'm guessing her and her team were hoping the media would put his feet to the fire for failing to follow through on giving a million dollars to charity. Instead they focused on her doing the test, and people treated her like poo poo for it.

I know this is factually accurate, but my almost-53 year old car has as many miles as my 2012 (between 120k and 130k). One of these just got its sixth radiator and I'm pricing out about $400 in parts to try to diagnose a gremlin nobody can find. It's infuriating, and I'll let you guess which is more reliable.

I was always under the impression that anything that isn't gasoline would achieve the desired results.

Well the sugar thing is about destroying the engine. Turns out it mostly sits in the tank because it's so heavy, but small amounts will trickle through the pump/filter/lines and actually burns. You can even smell it. Water will sink below the gasoline, and obviously when it gets to the engine it won't burn. But aside from rust if it sits long enough, I don't think it would destroy anything. Caveat: I'm assuming the amount of water injected is not sufficient to cause hydro-lock, which WILL destroy things. But I think that takes a lot more water than a few shots from the fuel injectors or what gets fed through the carb prior to the engine stalling.
