I guess we'll see what happens with that.Weedle posted:https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/ottawa/fury-suspends-operation-failed-sanctions-1.5352935 Mostly CONCACAF, for what that's worth - the USSF approval is normally just a formality if CONCACAF agrees, but CONCACAF has been weirdly hardassed about this one specific case among the 12 other Canadian teams playing across the border (the others are all teams the CPL explicitly doesn't want or arguably can't get) and I can understand the Fury owners just going "gently caress this, someone else can lose millions of dollars a year to deal with these people". (surely unrelated fact: CONCACAF's president, when he was the head of the CSA, was in large part responsible for the CPL existing at all and remains one of their biggest boosters)
