Still playing through Sword for the first time, I found this Pokémon that reminds me of impmon. I love him. I hope he evolves into something cool (I actually went into this gen pretty blind in terms of the new Pokémon in it).

I definitely think Sun/Moon has the best overall story, as in like a story I actually cared a bit about? Black/White come close, mostly due to the strength of N.

Wasn't Lsyandre's plot "kill all the poor humans, everyone who couldn't afford to be in my 10 million pokedollar club. I'll just use this giant ancient laser to do it. This will also kill off most if not all pokemon in the world, but it will be worth it!"

I think my favorite little thing from XY is that, IIRC, there's a point where you fight a leader in Team Flare to stop them using the laser to destroy a town. Lysandre's like, "if you win you prove your conviction was stronger so my henchman will stand down the town will be saved". But when you DO win, the guy is like "ehhh, gently caress it", and pushes the button to destroy the town anyway.
